I had spent a few years deliberating over my ‘space’ in London. I wanted to keep the garden quite natural, with plenty of green, a patch for vegetables, a place to relax, and to hang up a hammock and enjoy a meal. 

Someone I knew mentioned Shaun to me. I had a look on the website and felt reassured from his portfolio and speaking with him that he would be able to translate my head of ideas & wishes into a realistic plan, suiting both the size of the garden & fitting within my budget. Shaun was also very happy to come to London to do the work.

It wasn’t a big job, but the result was a complete transformation. From a rectangle of dirt to a garden created almost overnight that was full of plants, all of which worked perfectly with the trees & few plants already established. I could never have created this myself. Shaun had a great knowledge of the plants which would work and how to place them. That this could all be achieved was even more impressive since Shaun had only worked with photos.

Shaun was great to deal with, always very professional & I owe him a big thank you. My garden is real refuge from the city, a tranquil green space which I can relax in. Despite the work being done last year, whenever I look out at my garden it puts a smile on my face and I love pottering around in it, making small additions and showing it off to friends and family. That I can have such a natural space in London is a real joy..
